FeieSoft makes no claim of ownership over any text, code snippets, JSON objects, SQL statements, JWT tokens, keys, or image data that you paste, upload, or process through our utilities:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the code, tokens, and data you process do not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

• Using automated bots, scrapers, spiders, or scripts to systematically crawl or extract tools, code, or assets without prior written consent;
• Launching Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, automated stress-testing, or overloading FeieSoft's web hosting infrastructure;
• Attempting to bypass, reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise security mechanisms or rate-limiting protocols;
• Using the Service to generate, format, or distribute malicious code, malware, phishing payloads, ransomware, or illegal material;
• Framing or embedding FeieSoft inside another commercial wrapper or iFrame without clear attribution and permission.

5. FeieSoft Intellectual Property

All original software, HTML/CSS/JavaScript architecture, website layout, graphic icons, branding, logos, trademarks, and documentation on FeieSoft are the exclusive property of FeieSoft and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any portion of the Service's design or user interface without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, FeieSoft disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• Warranties that outputs generated by utilities (such as SQL formatting, cryptographic hashes, JSON syntax parsing, or SEO meta tags) will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for mission-critical production deployment without independent verification;
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of third-party algorithms or libraries used for client-side processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall FeieSoft, its founders, contributors, contractors, or hosting partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or commercial opportunities;
• Bugs, corruption, or syntax errors resulting from the use or inability to use any tool;

• Any costs incurred in procuring substitute software or services.
